It could be the actuator on the doors that dont unlock.

did they connect everything back? sounds like one of the connector in the main control is not connect properly
Pull out the main window control switch (on the driver door) by simply pry it upward then check if all connectors connected properly.

I check the connections and all looks good. I only have this problem when it is above 80 degrees outside. I bought the car in February so it may have always had this issue.

Here is a video of the multiple beeps. You can hear in the video that something is moving in the door while the car is beeping

My rear passenger side door doesn't unlock either. I know its the door lock actuator that needs to be replaced, I just haven't cared enough to fix it yet. Nobody rides in the back anyway. I'll get around to fixing it one day. but yea I too get at least 4 extra beeps from it. What sucks is that you may have to replace 3 door actuators.
