New here, just saying hi
so... here it goes. Ive admired Lexus foe a while now, paid off some debt and saved a little money and finally got my first one. 2012 is250 Fsport. well the day i got it, the weather was nasty out, so the dealership came back a few days later to get it and detail it for me.......andddd they backed it into a pole 
So now I've owned my Lexus for 2 weeks, but only had it in my possession for about 7 days lol. Just waiting on it to get back from them fixing it.

well i got screwed, they replaced it with a crappy knock off, it looks horrible. The lines are cut so bad and they did a bad job. You can tell where the body shop was struggling with getting the bumper in the clips, and put a flat head screw driver in the crease and warped it up. I demanded them replace it with an OEM bumper like the agreed and now were in a fight
