Default No heat inside car, and a/c heater diagnostic code 24

I havent had any heat inside the car for a couple months now. I get cold air at idle, and lukewarm air at highway speeds. The coolant was topped of and the problem persisted. I did the ac ecu diagnostic and got code 24. Problem is that I cant find any info on the internet about this code. Anyone have any ideas as to what my problem(s) could be, especially the code 24?
Thanks

My car just started having the same problem (08 IS 250 MT). No heat at idle but I can get heat on the highway at speed when the cabin air recirculator is turned on.

It sounds like the thermostat or water pump going bad, have they been replaced before and what's the temp gauge showing on the display?

It turns out the hose connecting to the coolant reservoir was disconnected so I topped it off. We'll see if that works. Weird I am not sure how that got unconnected unless it happened last month when I was getting a new clutch in a shop.

I have already had my water pump replaced once by the dealership. Temp gauge appears to be normal when car is heated up.

Thanks for the reply's folks. Turns out it was a clogged heater core. Got it flushed for $60 and all is great now!!! Got heat!!
