Is this still available? I am the original owner and bought my car brand new. I have a 2008 IS250 RWD. Should I call a dealership?

I am looking at a used 07' 350 and the top portion of the door panels are in rough shape. The service records doesn't show this has been performed yet.
Is there an end date for this? Will Lexus still warranty/replace the door panels?

I have gotten on the list at Lexus of South Orange County CA after having just purchased my 2008 IS 250 used. Service Tech was very professional and accommodating. I am anxiously awaiting replacement!!

Im on that "list" to at the MV dealership. Keep me informed on this thread if you get yours done and I will do the same. Curious when they will get to doing it.

I have a 2008 IS 250 used, and I went into Lexus around April time frame to get this looked at, and am getting the dash replaced this Thursday. Not too bad of a turnaround if you ask me. The original Lexus rep said it can take up to 9 months. I could have gotten it sooner, but the person who helped me left Lexus, and nobody told me. turns out the parts were in stock for weeks, and when i called to follow up they scheduled right then and there.

Just bought my mom's 2007 IS 250, there are some scuffs on the door panels, and the dash looks pretty good for the most part, but I'd still like to get this done to avoid any heat damage in the future (I'm in NorCal) Anyone have any success this late in the game?
Thanks,
