They have replaced only my dashboard about a year ago (Hoffmann Lexus, East Hartford CT) still waiting for door panels as they keep saying that the parts are on the backorder.
I don't think they will ever replace my panels if the extended warranty will end this year...

A few months away from not being covered by this anymore I am finally on the list to get all 4 panels and dashboard replaced. Not expecting it to happen anytime soon though...
I managed to get the dashboard Approved for replacement in Dec 2017. Door panels were rejected even though fronts are severely affected and replacement available, reason is my IS350 just passed the 10 years point.
I was having an issue finding a dealership that will cooperate to handle this with Lexus Japan and did several calls with Lexus Customer Satisfaction USA. I originally exported my car out of USA to Saudi and then found a dealer that helped me after visiting other nearby gulf countries !.
Thank you all, it is been over 4 years trying to get this done.
My dealer probably hates me because this and the airbag recall are the only things I've ever went to them for. Independent shops for everything else!
But hey. Thanks for that sweet loaner while you performed my free service I got a nice taste of the good life...
BTW I think he is forced by law to give you a loaner....In many other countries you will not get any replacement when your car is having warranty work done.
I believe a loaner is only required by law, in a situation covered by the Takata air bag recall, not for warranty work. However, Lexus dealers, as a courtesy, provides a loaner to it's customers.
