Yes. Via threaded tie rods in the front and eccentric cam-bolts in the rear. The real issue is in the rear if you:
A) Run out of adjustment
B) Want something precise, the cam bolts are a nightmare for fine adjustments.

ive had the car aligned before. But dont you notice the uneven wear by time the tire is already bad.

If you can't adjust toe then how do you suppose an alignment is done?
