I found out my right headlight's projector is not turning as much as the left side, maybe is not turning, because i cant see it turns when i was making turns, but i can see the left side is working ? is it normal ?? Also anyone have experience on OSRAM XENARC 66440 CBI hid bulb from The Retrofit Source ? do they sell fake bulbs ?

No experience with the CBI (been on my wishlist for a long time, just never pulled trigger). I bought all my retrofit stuff from TRS, and they've been nothing short of amazing. They don't sell fake bulbs, and are generally the first stop anyone goes to for retrofitting. Buy with confidence.
