Default Steering pulling/thugging

I have a curious question:

I have on my car the 19" IS-F forged wheels with low profile tires 225/35/zr19 in front and 255/35/zr19 on rears.

When i do a full lock turn at slow speed, for example on a parking lot, i feel a pull on my steering wheel. In my head i feel like the turning angle is forcing the tire wall too much and the tires are deforming or whatnot.

Do you guys experiment this? is that normal?

Like the link says, tires and alignment...plus if you are lowered, that'll affect it too.
