Default Window trim fading and coming off

Does anyone know of a quick fix for this problem, other than replacing for ~$60?

Thanks.

Some have pulled the old black trim portion and painted over it with Plastidip.

I would just replace it not worth the trouble on plasti dipping it. The trim around the front window will be my next things on my car it bridal and need to be replaced

Right, but $60 per door is a bit ridiculous for a black piece of rubber. MIght just have to live with it for the time being.

^Where are you getting that $60 price tag? I only see that trim piece selling for over $100.

^Oh, those are the upper trim pieces; most folks (including myself) have issues with lower trim that goes along the base of the window. Haven't noticed my upper trim pieces peeling yet.
