projector lights update to look like 2014?

Hey guys, i wanted some others opinions of the projector conversion lights for the 2006 lexus is250 that look like the newer 2014. I am posting a picture below. I am concerned that the new headlights will not move from side to side when i turn if you guys have noticed how the factory ones do that?

Only the 06-10 HID equipped headlights have AFS, the moving to side to side you're referring to. 11-13 HID headlights only auto level up and down. If you're 06 didn't come with AFS from the factory, you wouldn't benefit from getting a pair with that feature anyways.

If youve already got concerns save and go for the 2012 conversion. Yeah they're expensive but well worth it. Im in the process also.

Thanks for the replies, I do have the AFS on my car now 2006, They do move up and down when you start the car to level and side ways when you turn. My original question was does anyone know if those aftermarket ones would? I assume they would not and i did see pictures of them posted where i saw them for sale and the lights look dimmer for sure then my factory ones. I just really wanted to get rid of the yellow DRL lights and i also am attracted to the led 2012 style turn signal. What are the 2012 conversions about, how much? where do you find those?

I'm not positive but will bet money they don't move like your AFS. You aren't interested in led DRL's? The 2012 headlights are just that. 2 completely new headlights from a 2012. They are about $1,200. You can buy them from Sewell Lexus online with our CL discount or junkyards (if they have any).

These lights won't be afs compatible. Also the quality is bad meaning the leds will burn out quick. You can get authentic Nike leds swoosh lights but they don't have asf because Lexus deleted that feature to make room for the leds. If you were to install either lights, you will lose the asf function and an afs failure light will appear on your dash.

Not sure Sewell honors CL discount on the headlights last i checked still $1975
