Is the Joez Intake worth it?

Someone is selling a JoeZ Intake Pipe with D1 Spec Air Filter for 160? Is it worth it? How much is it brand new i can't find anyone selling the filter let alone the intake for brand new.

the piece itself sells for $125 brand new with out a filter. I think is worth it if you do not want to replace the whole intake system. I have the f-sport drop in filter and I would like to get the joe-z intake tube
