I highly doubt that they have scales there.
That may be a random number/ category where your car falls into and determines some kind of values for the test.
However I do not live in Cali so I could be wrong.

its just a number in the system or a number he put in, they dont weigh your car there

Good luck. It is VERY likely that they didn't weigh the car, and quite likely that they don't even have a scale. Even in the ****-nuts republic of emission testing for revenue generation (AKA California) weight has nothing to do with emissions. If it did the shop would actually have to put something realistic in the weight field, or risk losing their liscence as a qualified emissions testing shop.
