Recall / TSB: Carbon build up piston replacement, brake dust, fuel line gasket, floor mat and gas pedal, trunk release
Non recall repair: front wheel alignment (zero toe), ackerman out of spec (not adjustable)
Out of warranty non repair: front driver seat bottom leather drying and wrinkling.
It is the only car I have that I never really bring back to the dealer for any unexpected repair within warranty.

Center console leather armrest top half ripped off, Lexus Dealership performed warranty work consisting of top half engine rebuild for carbon build up issue replacing pistons, valve stems, valve rings, etc. @ 100,000miles, trunk light and external button burned up and melted, Constant check vsc/CEL every 50-250 miles at the moment which I'm in the process of fixing(I believe it's an oxygen sensor)

Beside regular maintenance, what has been broken and repaired? As far as I know from the previous owner the rear bumper (a bicyclist rear ended it), and recently I changed the battery (refused to start, the last one had almost 5 years of usage)
Being a manual and driven by a woman, the clutch needs replacement (makes an annoying squeaky sound when I press/depress it), other than that, OMG I LOVE THIS CAR!
