Another solution if you guys don't want to do the worm clamp is to replace the driver side hanger with this.

Amazon.com: TORQUE SOLUTION EXHAUST HANGER MOUNT 10 MM: Automotive

It pulled the driver side up perfectly, now my exhaust is spot on.
