thinking about getting 2012 LED headlight

I have 06 is350 now
And Im thinking about to get 2012 LED headlghts.
Is it plug and play or any mods necessary??

The one from Sewell for $2400 are plug and play.

Im getting it from a guy from craigslist :)

hook up LED 2010 IS250 door mirrors
 

new to site- I have a question am trying to hook up my IS250 2010 turn signal door mirrors. my question is what wire do I tap into for the turn signal to work? there are 8 wires that connect 2 the mirror - 2 yellow 1 red 1 black pink green brown white
need know wires work the turn signals. thank you very much
