I posted this in one of the existing threads, but it is hard to find so I thought I would share again.

I found a theme on another website for a completely different Roadrover unit. I was able to modify it and create some new pages to make it work without units. It looks really good and makes the unit look much more modern.

It's not perfect, but let me know what you think.

My friend had just recently purchased a vehicle with this unit installed. I can honestly say it's not too shabby.. The responsiveness when you touch anywhere on the screen had surprised me, as I would have the expectations to it being laggy.

I've been using this theme in my car since you've released it and must say, it is awesome!!!

The only change (and might be just my unit since i had overwritten an older theme), is when the radio is off, it shows a "Lexus" logo, but the background is white and at nights blinding. Anyway this can be changed to a darker grey? can i just overwrite the image or is there more to it?

This is displayed when the unit is turned OFF but the engine is still running - overwrite the file: MAGR_MAIN_OFF with another image of your choice

Haha, I see CDC, this reminds me of the WALKING DEAD!!! In season 5, they are going back to CDC.

 

I started searching for the BMP filenames and found a non-English website that had the theme made for their car's Roadrover unit. I managed to edit and modify things to make it suitable for our unit.

 

I've been using this theme for the last year as its a great improvement over the stock one... just wondering if there have been any updates to it or if there are any other GUIs people are using
