I know the original post said we need at least a 5mm spacer to get these to clear is350 calipers, does that mean like 7mm or 10mm? I'm trying to to go too big of a spacer if i don't need to .

You could probably get away with a 3mm spacer really; but with thermal expansion, I'd go for the 5mm. I've been running a 5mm spacer on all four corners since I made this thread. Always used a torque wrench when installing the lug nuts, and have never once had an issue. Post your pics after install!

The 8" wide wheel will (ideally) accept tires between 215mm and 245mm wide and the 8.5" wheel will (ideally) accept tires between 225mm and 255mm wide.

So one could run 235 tires on all four wheels or 225s in front and 245s in rear.
Another noob question.. If I ran a 235 on all for tires even though the back rims are 8.5" wide.. Would that still be considered staggered? 🤦🏿‍♂️

The car should've came with those tire sizes from the factory. Proper look and totally acceptable ride comfort.

I guess that depends on who you ask. But to me, a staggered setup is having narrower tires up front vs the rear.

Lol, makes sense, thank you
Would a staggered set up change the way the car drives?

I'm thinking of running the exact same set up, as I do own an awd is250. How's the drive?
