My bodyshop repaint the entire rear bumper after molding the diffuser on. In my case, it is perfect match for my eyes in all kinds of lighting (sun light, day light, dark) and I have high requirement on paint quality. Note that I requested them to paint the middle section which has 3 fins gloss black as well. The picture doesn't do much justice but once you see it in person, the whole bumper looks like OEM quality.
