tcho82. I just swapped out my navigation screen due to touch screen issues and after that was fixed, I am having the same issues as your clock and hazard light not working issues. I was trying to locate a possible "plug specs/indicators' to identify the plugs that you've mentioned were swapped but with no luck.
Can you please explain to me which ones? as in position, color etc... I know only few can be swapped but would be helpful to know before I take out the stereo out again.

I just experienced the same thing after performing the DIY fix on my 2008 IS350 Nav. There's a ton of connectors back there, all but two are unique in size/shape/color. If you swap the radio and clock/hazard/airbag wires it'll be obvious as your clock/hazard won't work, and there will be an airbag warning on your dash. Just swap where the connectors are plugged in and you're good.
