The headlights are off. The AC is off, but the fan might be on/off -- I have it on Auto.

As reading other people having this problem I can clearly mark out the ALT going bad , I guess we just have to wait for someone to find a fix

I have the same issue with the vibration. It disappeared last week but just reappeared again yesterday. This is so weird

you're not.. me too.. although it does take some time to relearn itself, I have gunned it on the highway here than there hoping for it to relearn a tad bit faster. it seems as I can feel the car bogging. sitting at the stop light, no music, no a\c or air flow from it, window was rolled down just a tad. if you're quite, you can feel it with your knee on the door. steering wheel vibrates a little more than prior, you can feel the flow bogging in and out. kind of like a 2 second vibration intermittently from below you. i'm at 108k

I'm not sure if you can say the random vibrations are from the recall. I know my car will randomly vibrate more than usual before the recall but it doesn't happen often. My car never idle low before though.

Let us know if you found the issue. Is your car still under power train warranty?

I have an '07 GS and I'm also experiencing vibration after the cam gear recall. Had the work done on 1/13/14 and I'm getting vibration in Drive and Reverse (worse in reverse). You can feel it through the seat, door, and steering wheel. Performance otherwise is fine. Acceleration and response are great as they've always been. No CEL lights on either.

Taking the car back to Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village on Friday to have them take a look. I'll update everyone here as well on what the outcome is. I know 100% the car was smooth as silk before this recall work.

I also had the low rpm issue after the recall work but it adjusted itself. I don't know how many miles it took but I'd estimate a few hundred.

I have full warranty on my car, but this is due to the recall clearly

The dealers are known not to replace all gaskets like the recall says they should. I had this problem with my 07 is350 so I replaced my valve cover gaskets and my intake manifold gaskets and cleaned out the throttle body and everything was back to normal. I went with oem gaskets too.
