To those who have ordered from them, how long does it take to get the item shipped to you? I've ordered mine on 12/2/2013 and still did not receive the item yet (12/23/2013). I want the HID kit before Christmas which I don't think it will happen. Base on the review here, I thought their service is second to none. What gives?

You try calling ? I spoke to Steve when I placed my order. Got it in 5 days. Depends on what state as well. I was in Ohio.

Yes, I've called several times and got through. That part of the service is good but I was never told when the order was placed that the item need to be replenished from oversea. The order was placed over the phone. The item was shipped exactly 2 weeks later (12/16/2013). Got the tracking number which is not very helpful. At this point, I'm hoping that the order is filled correctly as ordered. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thank you all for the replies. I guess that I'm the unlucky one. I'm suppose to get this package 2 days ago, according to the tracking system. If I don't get it after Christmas, I'll will request a refund.

After 25 days of waiting, I finally got the Extreme HID kit. Despite the slow shipment, the quality of the product is great. The Phillips 4300K is VERY bright. The light output looks similar to the stock Lexus IS300 headlight but brighter. In the end, I am very happy with it.

Sorry about the delay, USPS had and has been back up with shipping the past few weeks so that be one of reasons why your kit took longer to arrive. Also we had issues with receiving one of our own shipments so this caused a delay in the HID kits shipping out.

Glad to hear your happy with the HID kit though! Post some pictures if you get the chance.

About 2 years ago I ordered hid bulbs from them. After a month's wait for my package and calls telling me to keep waiting, they finally said it was lost after I asked for refund. They said keep waiting, I was like dude it's been a month! Refund me or send replacement via FedEx or I'm gonna do a chargeback on my card. My second package arrived in 1.5 weeks via FedEx. They are kbcarstuff and based in Canada. If you choose the cheapest shipping method, they will ship your package via Canadian post, then it gets transfered to usps, which is hard to track during the change off. I can only speak of my experience but based on that, I won't order from them again. However, looks like the majority of US orders are shipped quick. Ymmv.

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and we no longer ship via Canada Post / Postal - due to delays. All products shipping from our Canadian warehouse are now shipped via UPS or Fedex. In fact, All HID kits are now being shipped out with 2nd day air - at no extra charge.
