Default Driving on leaking shocks?

My rear shocks are leaking and have been probably for a while now. whats the danger of driving on bad shocks, can it affect any other parts which will go bad?
When i have the money im going to replace all 4 shocks

Uncomfortable ride, unpredictable handling, etc.

You can get away with it for a while depending on your tolerance for your Lexus not driving like a Lexus.

Shocks are dampers, they dampen the impacts your suspension has on potholes/ bumps/etc during driving. And of course they help keep your tire on the road during rainstorms and uneven roads. It does become a safety issue when you think about your wheel/tire bouncing up and down as you're going down the road and not touching the road surface as it should.
