Hi
I have a 2006 is 250 and will like to upgrade to 2009 side mirror with led. Sewell has the 2009 side mirror but need to know if these mirror will fit on the existing door holes also if the plugs are the same that I just have to unplug and plug back.

I believe you can. There is a DIY some where here (use google search) that shows you how to do it. But you need to tap into some wires to power the LEDs.

Fitment to the door is the same, wiring is not the same.

Exactly, all you have to do is the wiring and they will work like a charm, form, fit and function.

I read a post here but there is one problem that one of the wires in the plug on the 2009 mirror position place is not in the same position as on our 06-08 passenger side. Has any one know which wire is so I can flip it.

Just wanted to share what a did with the help of Dave from Tampa Automotive Center in Florida( also to Robertrios he is a member here and has a write up DIY for this) to put to work the 09 side mirror in my 06.
1) Mirror fit with out no problem
2)Check and fine the light green and red wire on the driver side( Dave indicated it to me and also Robertrios in his write up)
3) In the plug of the 09 mirror cut the pink wire ( this is the extra wire for the signal light) and tap in the green wire for the driver side and the red for the passenger side.
Every thing work fine with no problem.
I got the mirror from Sewell. I will put up pic this week once I get a camera
