Finally got the Windshield replaced with OEM glass. I talked with the service advisor at Lexus dealer and he referred me to a shop that do all the repair for LExus dealer. After done like everyone here said it will be never the same again. I noticed there is 15% wind noise now so I think that's what happened for the replacement. Other than that the dash board on the right corner at driver side making rattle noise. Should I suck it up or I can claim to the auto glass shop. I should have bring it to dealer so if something happen they can stand behind it. But I thought it would be better to let the car sit so I decided to have them come to my house and do it. Can you guys let me know how do you guys think... Thanks again!

It can be done just like it was done at the factory, but finding a glass installer willing to put the time in to do it right can be very difficult.

I noticed no difference in wind noise or anything other changes when I swapped my glass.

Where is the right corner at the driver side? The center of the car? I recently got rattle there, but found it's the AC vent at the windshield in the middle of the car. Need some tape or something.

The DOT number tells you who the manufacturer is. Here's the DOT list in pdf.
