Car pulls more when swerving right. Does yours?
When i make right lane changes or "swerve" at highway speeds, the steering is more sensative than when i swerve left. It also doesnt straighten back out but rather wants to keep going right.
I have noticed almost every car does this to a very minor degree, but on my IS350 it is really pronounced.
Is this a tire/alignment issue, or just a tendancy that these cars have?

Sounds to me like the behavior is due to the crown of the road. Here's how to test that theory: Drive the wrong way down the road and do the same experiment.
If you crash into oncoming traffic, the result is indeterminate, and you'll have to try again (once you get out of the hospital).

LOL you guys are funny!
I thought maybe it was road crown too but its not. Something about the way it feels when steering right. Another thing ive noticed is as i apply steering input it doesnt do much then all the sudden it pulls the steering wheel/car all at once more than i anticipated. Kinda like when you drive through water ya know. It is not anywhere near that pronounced but similar in feel. Did these cars(2007 IS350) have any sort of steering assistance device or anything like some of the new ones do?

I know exactly what you're talking about and on top of that my steering is very twitchy on roads that are less than perfect, at times when i come to a stop and there's a minor uneven surface, my steering wheel will turn itself by 20-40 degrees. I usually have to grip the steering wheel with both hands. Going to call Lexus up tomorrow and see if they can check if it's L-SB-0016-11 related.

Most likely the road crown...highways will have a slight tilt to the right so water will not puddle, and the far left lane sometimes has a tilt to the left. The only way to correct an alignment issue is to have the vehicle aligned and then test drive on a flat surface street. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE STEERING WHEEL WHEN TESTING, this is a common misunderstanding. Hold the wheel straight and the vehicle should track straight. If not, rotate your front tires left and right if you can (directional tires).

Easy. Every car does experience the same feeling.
Because you sit on the left side of the car, the weight distribution is not symmetric in the first place. This effect is worsen by the "LEXUS lean" that is inherited in our IS (left side is lower than the right side)
All of these reasons should explain why we can feel different handling between making left and right turn.
