Default 2006-2013 Lexus IS350 Burning Oil

Hey all, I have 07 IS350 that has been burning quite a bit of oil. I have gone through at least 1 quart of oil ever 1000 miles. The P0430 code (Catalytic System Efficiency below Threshold Bank 2) popped 3-4 times in the last year but last no more than a day, so maybe the burn oil is starting to clog the cat. Changed the PCV Valve and Spark plugs but didnt reduce oil burning. While changing one of the plugs, the middle passenger side plus was caked in old oil, so not sure if its a leak on top of the burn?

Ive read that the Piston or piston rings in this generations are usually the problem. Im sure its gonna be an expensive job to fix, so Im wondering if its still worth it to change the piston rings, or just keep topping off the oil every now and then? Also, would adding oil stabilizers work?

Wondering if any of y'all experienced this and how you go about dealing with oil burning, and how its working out for you? Other than this issue, i absolutely love the IS350 as the car has 192,000 miles on it and still runs like a dream. Hoping I can take it to 300,000 miles.
