Default 2014 Lexus LED Fogs Installed in 2011-13 ISx50

These should be Plug 'n Play on an IS F, not so on an ISx50, I had to modify them unfortunately to fit the car. I believe that there will be an LED option on the 2014 CT200h that may be Plug 'n Play for the ISx50, but I didn't feel like waiting, haha. When the 2014 CT catalog comes out maybe someone can give them a try, they'll probably be nicer/easier. Who knows, maybe I'll change out if they are.

Parts:

81210-48050 - RH LED Fog
81220-48050 - LH LED Fog

Required modification: Cut off one locating/mounting tab on the fog light, trim the mounting in 2 places at the bottom, and trim 2 of the mounting tabs on the inner sides to clear the mounting bracket for the bumper.

Mixed feelings, it looks like they are squinting... plus I like the fact of the old ones being able to change the bulb to yellow!

I do enjoy yellow, but these are pretty neat.

They retail for about $170 each in the USA, can probably find them online for about $135 or so each.

I enjoy them at night, definitely brighter than the halogens and at only 5.9W instead of 55W.

I do what I can for the environment.

I wonder if they can be wired to be on with the DRL?

awesome OEM mod. although i'm not sure how they will be helping the environment putting less strain on your car's electrical system haha.

It was mostly a joke, but where do you think that electricity is coming from? Thin air? Nope, burning gas.

Not my thing to be honest. I'd rather run something more stock-ish such as this. Aftermarket HID's always kind of rub me the wrong way. I dunno why, plus these kind of make the car feel a tad more modern. I like to try to keep my stuff up to date.

I like it. I'd like to see more pics day and night if you get the chance to post. I wonder what kind of modification I would need to make for it to fit on my car
