Hey all.....a couple quick questions:

Is there a fix for the sunroof rattle when vented? My last search said Lexus was working on it and it was posted in 2009.

How do you remove the license plate lights to replace the bulbs? I can see them...bit so far its a ***** at pinching the retaining clip and does not even move when i pinch it.

Is there a way to speed up the seek feature of the CD player? Slowest seek ever.

I have the sunroof rattle too, and it even rattles when it's not vented because my suspension is too stiff, lol. Just try to go to a Lexus dealer and get it fixed. Javy had it fixed by replacing some parts before and was posted in another thread. You can replace the license plate bulbs, because it's a whole. If you really want to, you can desolder the original LEDs and resolder it back.

Thanks infate....weird, with my LED bulb package i ordered, it has one bag with 2 LED's labeled 'license'.

Baaah well. But my main gripe is that rattle.....godda do some searching for that thread!

The best answer i found for the rattle was to lube the rubber seals with a 3M silicone spray.

i'll try that first, sure beats replacing the unit.

I'd also find any nuts/bolts part of the sunroof assembly and tighten them up. I remember reading a thread about this and someone simply tightened up a few bolts and it stopped making noise/rattle.

uuummm anyone know whats up with the slow seek feature on the cd player lol?
