Did a search and couldn't find a definit answer for a 2012 model

So on my 2012 is250 I did a 6k d4s bulb swap (DDM tuning) as well as a 6k kit for the fogs. When on, My driver side headlight flickers And shuts off, thinking it was the bulb I swapped them, still the driver side flickers then shuts off. Now im assuming its the ballast "/ my Question is, could there be any way it isnt the ballast cause I know that's a pain in the a** to swap. Car is less then 10k miles and we are the first owners

I checked the bulbs they seem ok vs. the slight haze in the round ball part of the bulb (but then again swapping and it still being a problem on the driver side)

Any guidance or help is appreciated!

 

I would just put the stock bulbs back in if you have them and see what happens. If it still happens, bring it to the dealer cause if it's a bad ballast, you get a new headlight since you're under warranty.

 

Just installed stock bulbs, seems to work fine, could be a bad DDM tuning bulb, but it's strange that I even swapped them. Not sure if I want to go aftermarket now "/
