City lights and DRLs are the same. Its the high beam bulb, but at 50% (I think) output. Parking lights are the small 194 size bulbs that stay on in the highbeam area when you turn your lowbeams on.

That's what I thought but in that pic his low beams are in that's why I thought those were parking lights not drl ?
if you want to disable the front 194 bulbs (parking/city lights) what i've done is simply unplug them. all they do is add off tint yellow to my low beam. the DRL doesn't turn off until you turn on headlights anyways and i never have parking lights on with the car off so... best option for me was literally to just unplug them. no more yellow light mixture with your HID low beam headlights.

On my 2010, I replaced mine with LEDs. Just another option that looks great with HIDs.
