Default Lexus IS250 Insurance

Hi Club Lexus, I'm new to the forums. Still figuring out where everything is, and how stuff works here.
I have to say, this is one of the best forums that's well organized, and well kept.
I love it already.

Anyway, back on topic:
I was curious to know what you guys are paying on insurance monthly.
I've been looking into getting a 2006-07 lexus is250 for a first car.
I've been all over the place looking at all types of cars, and the Lexus group has really got my attention more than any other car manufacturer.
They're just very reliable, and seem very sustainable.

However, I'm 17, so I'm expecting it to be a bit high for me.

Thank you all so much for you help, I really appreciate it in advance!

You really can't ask. The fact is no one pay the same insurance premium. Age,driving record, years of driving and location factor in. What I pay isn't gonna be what you pay. Best bet is to go get a quote.

Get a quote, its pretty easy. At 17 it will be tough. I am about to turn 25 and my insurance for my Lexus and a semi exotic is the same as my premium for my Integra when I was 20.

I remember when I got a liability insurance quote when I was 18. It came out to around $4k/year. Decided to take the bus

there area a lot of factors that effect how much your insurance is going to be:
age
sex
the state the car is registered in
driving history
deductible price
Full or liability coverage
if there's a loan on the car
what co. you decide to go with
wether you're a student or in the military
how many miles a year you drive
what you use the car for i.e. work or daily driver

youll have to just shop around for a quote

Just like many said , too many factors into play to know. I do not think to insure a Lexus is more expensive than other cars if that was the question.

Over 25 here, the new '12 IS-250 insurance through Geico was not too much higher than the 2010 Civic we had before the Lexus.
