The Spec-D in the rear of mine are full LED. No idea what version.
Front is OEM. That said, I'd start with the rear making sure everything is okay there. The front bulbs on the 2011-2013, the right side can be done without bumper removal. But not the left.

Well last night I drove home in about a 30 minute major down pour. Lo and behold my blinker works again.

Most important and don't skip/snooze on this - flush blinker differential fluid every 5000 miles.
