Stretch Tire problems
So I'm having some problems with my front tires and need some advice.
My front set up is 20x9x35 and running 225/3020 for tires but for some reason my fronts keep leaking air. I've remounted them 4 times now at a pretty reputable shop but also had to replace both side with new tires 3 times now because of tire damage from bad roads.
Can anyone tell me what tire size I should go with for safety and also still looks good? I'm currently lowered on coils and have tried 235/35/20 but that turned out way to big and rubs apparently. Using hankooks v12 now but gonna get rid of them for falkens.
Thanks

Maybe your wheels has a leak, maybe there defective. Have you tried to look for the leak with soapy water. If I were you I would take the tire off fill it up with the proper air pressure, then spray the soapy solution around the tire bead and look for bubbles.

I took it to simplytires, you probably heard of them (pretty reputable). They remounted them so much times but same problems keep appearing. Its time for me to find a new person to install, any chance you know one that does good work?

Yea I tried the soap solution last season and found one of the wheels leaking. Sent it out for repair and back to normal. After a month or so both side started to leak air from the tires again....

I'm running a 215/35/19 on an 8.5" wheel up front so it's mildy stretched and the front I've had remounted/bead sealant applied a few different times and the one is still leaking. I believe my guy who installed them may have slightly nicked the bead causing the leak when getting the tire onto the wheel.

I have the same problem. With the 225/35 scraped. Just got 225/30's put on over the weekend and they went flat/popped the bead this morning....
Will make sure they bead seal it this time.

Just ordered a pair of 235/30 falkens instead and give that a try. No more hankooks or stretch for now, been nothing but problems and headaches. Can't even drive to the casino without the fear of popping lol.
If that doesn't work will a camber kit help reduce the rub? Already got one for the rear coming this week. Can't wait
