Hey guys. Ok so i have the parts coming to do the IS350 BBK on my IS250awd and now I'm trying to figure out what color to paint em. Any thoughts on what would look good with Breakwater Blue?

I like it when people Polish the 350 brakes. Looks boss.

I like that too I think i might be a little to lazy feeling right now to put that much work into them tho. I was even considering white calipers just not sure how clean they would actually stay. |
You could go as subtle as gloss black or silver to F Sport blue. Those are the only 3 I'd contemplate with your color.
Silver would look good with your color.
I'd go with polish or F-Sport blue. Good luck. Lets see some pics once you decide.

How about a darker grey, like SGM with two layer Lexus letters.... White letters with a breakwater blue border...
Gloss black, silver, or yellow
Gloss black or F Sport blue, IMO....
bright red! na jk. I'd rock black
Black with the Lexus decals
Silver, white, teal, F Sport blue
Black is always a good way to go.
polished with chrome rims :)
can someone tell me exactly what an is250 need for the is350 front brake upgrade?
all u guys are tempting me to do it |
I dont think F-Sport blue would look good at all with Breakwater Blue. I'd go Yellow....
If you want a more subtle color, go with black with white lexis decals.
If you want something that stands out more, go with either red or blue |
I can't help but comment on this thread since I'm a designer. :)
If you really want to pop against that light blue my suggestions are: -Metallic Red (MRM might even work) -Shocker Yellow (it's a green/yellow bright color, there is lots of images in google) -White Pearl (will get dirty but look so clean) -Fuchsia/Purple type of color |

Hmm, Lots of good ideas. Can anyone photo shop some Caliper colors on the BBM car below? Like white calipers, purple, and that yellow or green. I'm in Seattle so green might be kinda cool since Seahawks have the blue and green thing going. And hoping they pull off the super bowl win this year.
I like the yellow idea...defo no red or blue.
Subtle--black or silver Statement --yellow |

Ok decided to go with white, I might regret it but its easy to change it up. What do you think?
They look really nice. Are they painted or powder coated$
Thanks its just paint. I wet sanded the parts you can actually see a few times to get the texture or the calipers to not show as much. Took a few coats of paint.
looks good should looks great on the car
Black or Blue. BWB is hard to match
They look good white but i would have tried BWB first behind polished 83's?
