Default 2009 Is250AWD AFS off light help plese

Hello, i rebuilt a is250 awd 2009 model. Everyhting is perfect except i have the afs light that flashes all the time. The headlights dont move like they are suppose to. The car was hit in the front and i had minimal frame damage, i replaced the bumper, grille and one headlight., high and low beams work fine.

CODES:

B2412 Headlight Swivel Motor LH
B2413 Headlight Swivel Motor RH
B2417 Headlight Beam Level Control Motor LH
B2418 Headlight Beam Level Control Motor RH

From all the above should i assume the computer that runs all this is bad ir unplugged?
I checked all the cars fuses they are good..

thanks again

Hey Kentucky,
I have a is250 awd 2008 model in need of the same type fix you had to complete on yours. What exactly are the codes you added? Are they part numbers for replacement or codes that a diagnostic will pull up?

may sound like a dumb question, but do you have the right headlights? there are models that have the AFS and others that dont, i had recently switched my headlights for the 2012 ones with the LED and i had the AFS light keep flashing the whole time so decided to go back to my old headlights.

if you pull the fuse for AFS the light stops blinking.

I'm thinking the same thing, did you make sure you did not install a hallogen housing.

ok the harness for AFS system is supposed to be red on one headlight and blue on the other one. the regular ones have a black harness. it might also be the headlight computer got damaged from shorting wires in the old set from impact.

Is there any update? Try also unplugging the level sensor and check the contacts, if there good plug it back in and see if that works.
