Recommend some spacers to me
 

Hey all,

So my car is low and I'm not feeling how sunk in my rear wheels are looking, would anybody recommend some reliable quality spacers? I'm hoping to get some soon but wanted to rock these rims for a bit since the tires on them are practically new.

I DD this car and I want something safe because I drive 50 miles a day and often have my 1 year old with me.

What size would ya'll recommend to make my rear wheels flush with the rear quarter panels?
I'm not sure front spacers would be necessary, but heres a pic of my car anyways..

Many people have run the hubcentric Ebay specials with zero problems. A hunk of aluminum is a hunk of aluminum as long as it's milled correctly. Don't buy into a name brand hunk of aluminum.

I've been running ichiba ver 1 spacers for bout a year now w/o any problems. But if you want quality go with project kic spacers or figs but they're double the amount of eBay spacers. Just depends on your budget and preference. My other suggestion is go with the ones with the built in stud as its easier to install and saves a lot of time and $ when installing, and if its only temporary. You can probably go with 25mm in the rear and 20mm in the front for that flush look, and you might want to roll your rear fenders to avoid rubbing if your going real low. Oh and make sure they're hubcentric as previously mentioned.

You couldn't be more wrong. Educate yourself before making such a statement. There are multiple grades of Aluminum.

Correction: As long as it's the correct grade of aluminum milled correctly.

Still, many have run the spacers I posted with zero problems. In fact.. the biggest complaints out are over the Ichiba spacers.

What do you exactly mean I should look into the ones with a stud? My rear and fronts are rolled already since I was awaiting some rims but decided against them cause the tires were WAY too big.

Also, am I going to need to get extended lugs or will my OEM lugs fit just fine?

You're gonna want extended studs for anything over 5mm

NOTE: these are just random pics i found on the net.

OEM lugs should be ok for the top option and extended lugs would probably be needed for the bottom option.. I'm not 100% sure though.

The more I think about it though spacers might force me to raise the car up in the rear and I don't really wanna do that.. Looks like I'm just gonna buy some tires for this CE's in the garage =/

i need to get something like this, or just bite the bullet and get some proper wheels the sunkness of my car is not the business!
