Default Carbon Fiber Trim Install

Does anyone know of places in the Bay Area (CA) of where to get carbon fiber trim installed?

Also where's the best place to order carbon fiber trim / cover so I can change out the wood look?

Welcome to CL. There's 3 ways to do carbon fiber. Sticker, carbon on adhesive or real carbon laid onto your parts. What are you planning on doing? Here is mine I got, it's like 20 pieces

For that ebay link, is that actual CF replacement pieces? Or is it just CF on some 3M tape that you stick on the OEM pieces?

So that one from FX Auto is real CF replacement?

Wonder if the 3M ones would look tacky...

They dont look tacky if you istall them correctly. I have the parts from FX auto though - ive only seen photos of the 3M ones on here. wrap looks a little tacky if also done improperly.

FX Auto makes a real CF replacement. They take the OEM apart and start from the ground up. Contact them in the vendor section. I would post pictures but im away ATM. Look at the Offical Carbon Fiber thread - I think i posted some there (if not im sure someone has)

I posted my 3M carbon fiber pics above. It doesn't look tacky. I think they go in the order of price relative to tackiness. Vinyl, cf on 3M, real carbon laid in factory pieces. The price ranges from $50-$700 though.
