SO i bought my vaistech unit from one of the fellow in CL, Here is a picture of the package. Is there anything missing? it seems there is no way I can hook my main harness to my navi. Check the picture and help out please. I spend 1 hr of disassembling the parts and this is really frustrating for me now.

 

Anyone knows it? please help

That is all the wires i have got. The only only that i can hook up with navi is the blue one.

I checked with vaistech and they told me its indeed im missing a 12 pins Y harness. the seller claimed that he has included everything. What do I do in this case now?

 

Option 1: Bug the seller
Option 2: Order a new one
Option 3: Some good guy on this forum will happen to have an extra one lying on their desk. Highly unlikely

 

Attempt to work it out with him. If that doesn't work you'll have to file a Paypal claim.

 

So I got the package again from the seller, he send me a duplicated cables(first picuture) which he already gave to me. I am supposed to get the harness in the sec picture. I dont why he doesnt uderstand and how he could setup his ML plus with the cables he sends to me. I actually asked him to refund me the money for the Y harness cable which i can directly order from the vaistech, He refused to do so and send me a duplicated cable which I have no use with it. Can you guys help me to explain to him that he need to send me the Y harness cable which is attached as second photo.(I could be wrong, But i really chcked the manual and I also spoke with Eugene Im pretty much know I am right ). How do I explain to him now? He think im just being ******* i guess!

how much does that harness you're missing cost? it seems as though you'd be better of just ordering a new one than filing a claim. you'd get the system up and running much quicker that way, anyhow.
