Although, if you're going to do this.. do it right and get an LC2i for better sound processing.

Not only that, cheaper, un-powered LOCs can give unwanted noise and weird pops/hisses/crappy sound output..
i have never seen an amp that accepts anything other then an rca lead, and theres no stock rca outputs... therefore you must use an loc or processor

For real? There are tons. Do you have much experience with car audio?

HOWEVER - You should never use them if at all possible. You're trying to amplify and already amplified signal.. which will come out sounding like crap compared to running a good quality LOC unit like the LC2i.

Etc, etc, etc..

Ehhhh...

Quality, not quantity.

It's not the size of the pencil, it's how you write your name.

It's not the size of the ship, it's the motion of the ocean.

Shall I go on?

Dude really lol? jl makes a "quality" amp right?
go on id really like to hear why his class d is better then my class d.
power is power, i clamped 3650 rising to 1.34 ohms @ 13.4 volts no clipping. id love to see the clamp results off a jl 1200hd at low ohms like mine can. also i can run at 18 volts. jl would explode.

Lol.. I wasn't even close to attempting to dispute or even discuss any of that. Simply saying that bigger is not always better.

crescendo's amps are amazing, and their internals are definitely beefy
