DRL lights bulb size.

Hey people! Im new on here i have a 07 is350. Does anyone know the bulp size for the day time running lights? I got 9005 at autozone it said its like HID zenon but it didnt change nothing its still yellow. Any ideas thank youu.

What's the color temp of the bulb? Philips Diamond Vision 5000K halogen can be fine.

Real HID bulbs can still have yellow look too depending on the temperature it is.

Even if it's like 4000-6000K, it only runs at half power as DRL so white will be like halogen colour...when you turn on your high beam is when it will be on full power and more white

Checkout kbcarstuff (xenondepot) they have Phillips Crystal White (4000K) on sale right now

Yes 9005 is the correct size.

Are you looking for a deeper yellow?

Or something like this?

Either one will work. I got mine from a friend of a friend who makes LEDs so I cant really suggest one or the other

It could work. The opening may need to be modified if it doesn't fit.
