Yoan: I would absolutely recommend ordering from xenondepot. They have quality kits and great service. When we swap engine covers I'll show you the volt kits that I have installed in person and you can see for yourself

Vroomin350: It would be my pleasure to help you out!! Are you looking to swap out the low beams on your vehicle to H11? I thought the 07 IS uses 9006 bulbs for the fogs? Check out this page for more information about our HID replacement bulbs. Send me a PM with what you need and I will definitely help you out!

bob4256: Thanks bud =) I sincerely appreciate the referral.

HIS kits for our fogs are simply plug and play. You can add a relay harness if you want, but its optional.

gerill2p: Upgrading your fog lights to HIDs is a plug+play upgrade. The kits come with a proper 9006 connector that will literally plug into your OEM fog light harness. The ballasts that come with the Xtreme HID Kit are super low draw meaning that you can safely power them directly from the OEM fog light wiring. Furthermore, in auto mode your fog lights typically turn on when the vehicle is starting (assuming that your lights are on). When this happens there is a drop in power from your OEM fog light harness. Xtreme ballasts can handle this power drop meaning that you will not encounter any issues with one side not turning on intermittently like you do on other kits.

Received one 3k fog today and the other was 4-5k... :/ hope they can resolve it or tell me what I'm doing wrong???

My bulbs aren't yellow like the ones pictured in here either (they're volt 3k, or supposed to be. The look neo chrome, like an odd blue hue...?)

I know HIDs are brighter but how is the 3000K color compared to the PUTCO 3000K halogen bulb for the fogs? I want DEEP GOLDEN YELLOW, will NOT use yellow vinyl film.

Only thing holding me back from ordering the HIDs 3000K fogs is the color output...

Hi Guys,

heyarms: Will respond in a min

pchan0: From personal experience (I've had both installed): I find that looking directly at the bulb the jet yellow bulbs appear to be "yellower" depending on what angle you view the light from. However, 3000k HID kit will provide you with more light output and more noticeable "yellow" light on the road.

Thanks steve, you are absolutely correct however I am no longer in a 2007

Reason I want just bulbs is because I already have a set of ballast sitting at home.
