Hey all - I'm curious how modding my car will impact my warranty...

I want to get a Megan mid pipe, but since the oxygen sensor is involved, is there any way that Lexus wouldn't honor my warranty if there was ever an engine issue?

just have a reputable shop install the midpipe and you'll be fine. There won't be any "engine" issues.

Lexus can only void your warranty on the parts that you replaced. For example, if you put an aftermarket exhaust, that voids your warranty on your stock exhaust.

 

The only warranty they might not honor aside from the actual warranty on the parts you are replacing might be the emissions warranty since you are messing with the oxygen sensors.
