Default Has my engine been replaced?

First off i want to give a big thanks to mixa 86 and chicagoblknazn for posting how to look up your service reords. I had no clue you could do this.

So i was browsing through my service records and came across this, Maybe some one knows what this means.

Short block, cylinder, and heads is pretty much your engine.
Edit: I take that back, does the history show the break down of parts used? I'm second guessing that it could be used for reference of labor time to just remove and reinstall as part of the valve spring recall.

That's what I was wondering. It seems odd that the cylinder head says "one". You would think that recall would apply to both sides.

You really don't know what was actually done when looking history up this way. Best bet to get specifics about what was actually done is to call the dealer that did the work.

If you want to find out for sure I believe I saw a Lexus diagram of a vin plate on the lower front passenger side of the engine block. But from what I've read they did replace the motor/short block.
