does your rates and premium or deductible go up in a situation like this that isnt your fault?

In my situation, nothing went up for me. The insurance said it was his fault (also the police). My rates and deductible are still the same.

fudge brah..man thank god that youre alive...sorry for the lost...have an attorney ready to sue the other party and get some punitive damages..gluck..

I agree, but sometimes life isn't fair. I don't think he deserves to be roaming the streets still after what he did.

we saw an attorney the day after the accident.

Yeah, the main point of this thread was to let people know they should drive safely. I saw another thread with someone with a front end collision as well. just didnt want this happening to anyone else, its not a fun experience lol

Glad your ok!! My toyota was totalled last month ( Rear ended and then sandwiched) thats why im on here now with my is250.

Damn dude driving safe nowadays just isn't enough! Luckily we both had full coverage and no major injuries. I hope she gets the ISC that she wants!

Yeah lucky we both walked out okay. I have some back pains because of the accident. My back will never be the same ): but it's cool. As long as I'm alive lol.
