Bumper plugs for front license plate holes.
2 Weeks ago I switched from an IS250 to an IS-F. The new car is being registered in a State that doesn't require front plates but was purchased in NY and the license plate frame had already been mounted.
I just posted my solution on the IS-F forum for plugging the holes in the bumper. I thought there might be some interest here so I am posting the link

Congrats on the upgrade! I had those plugs for a while til recently I repainted my bumper and went ahead and shaved that along with the holes in the trunk from the emblems. Unfortunately we are required to mount front plates here but so far I have been lucky and got warnings when they pulled me over for window tint. FTP!
