CEL P0024 Exhaust Oil Control Valve Assembly

I got this CEL P0024 and dealer replaced the Bank 2 Exhaust Oil Control Valve Assembly part# FPN-15340-0P020

What exactly is this?

No luck on that P/N, so I tried "Exhaust Oil Control Valve Assembly". Here are the best results I found :

Its the VVTi cam phasing hydroulic controller for the exhaust camshaft on bank 2.

^Is that the faulty part that has a TSIB for the start-up rattle?

^ I'm not sure, but i think I read somewhere that the TSIB replaces the intake cam gear assembly.
