Default Looking for IS350 2JZ SWAP

Love the way mycar looks and handles jus wish it had more ***** and untill the ECU can be broken there just isn't anyway of getting some serious HP outa my350, I almos traded It in this past weekend for an EVO. But backed outa the deal last minute. So I'm thinkin bout a 2JZ swap. I know it's been done but does anyone know a shop that will do it and have it work and look good?

That 2JZ swap took about 80 hours if Im not mistaken. Save your time and money and go back to buy that EVO

It's not bad if you don't care about any of the systems working. To get full integration with the 2JZ-GTE and the GSE2X ecu, expect hundreds of hours of custom work and hacking. I've only seen two cars with this swap done, and only one where everything worked. This has been addressed numerous times on these boards.

Almost did but I thought about it and There are too many Evos around my area every Pilot and his mother drives one and I think they are ugly compared to my Lexus and I would be at the same hp as I am rt now but with a $650 payment and a warranty I would have to void to get me to the 500hp range

2JZ 2IS would be cool for sure, but have you considered the ISF?

You don't think a 2JZ swap would void your warranty?

Anyway, the one guy who actually did this swap and got everything (except the VSC/TRAC system to work- that's never going to work) said he'd charge $30,000... just in labor... to do it again for someone.

We're talking hundreds of hours of custom wiring and such.

(and that was a 250 that was a base model- so probably more if you're well optioned and want things like nav, park assist, PCS, memory seats, etc to actually work)

So again, trade it in for an IS-F if your 350 is too slow, anything else makes no sense at all.

So the shop is called Toyomoto. I'm looking for a shop to do it not info on how to do it myself.. I'm old school I've done many a swap but these engines nowadays with all the ECUs that's jus beyond my patience...

You have an important question that you need to ask to yourself: why do you need 500 hp?
