thanks for this option.. Im waiting on corporate and il let you know. Im only putting OEM parts on my baby though

and thanks to everyone else for the support! Hopefully Corporate come through for me!

Honestly the 3 times I've had to call corporate I've had to explain fairly basic things about their own cars to them (what options their website lists for a given package, what DVD-Audio even is, etc). I'm pretty sure they just hire generic customer service reps with little knowledge of the products.

That said, once I've explained things to them they've generally written it all down, told me they'd "go research it", presumably at this point they escalate to someone who knows WTF they're talking about, and they resolve the issue within a couple of days.... always promptly and to my satisfaction.

Corporate Lexus came through and covered the pump for me. I still had to pay 540 labor in the end. Im happy and hope nothing else goes wrong....
