Stock RX350 sounds nicer than my stock IS350

Is it my ears? But I had a loaner 2013 RX 350 for 3 days now... and I notice it purrs a lot nicer when I push the car than my stock IS 350.

two different engines. IS350 has direct injection RX does not. RX350 has revised sound channeling like in the GS350
