Personally, I think your OEM spoiler looks better then a wald w/o modifying any other parts of the car (or as it currently sits).
Otherwise if you plan on dropping it and throwing on some lips the wald spoiler would go nice... But without the other accents on the ride I think the Wald spoiler on a "stockish" lookin IS would just throw it off balance, kinda like having a body kit with stock rims.. persay...
Regardless I'd say if you decide to go with CF Wald style def paint it unless you have other CF accents on the car, If you still want to kind of show the CF off I'd paint it and maybe leave the top lip CF to show it off a bit and the rest painted, just my 2cents tho.
